Fun in the Snow!

This weekend we were invited to go snowmobiling with nicks family at Tarells ranch. We all had a great time. Aiden was super pumped to get out and play in the snow!

Baby Molly

Mallorie and TaRells baby Molly is such a doll! We love her to bits and Aiden can't get enough of her! He always wants to kiss, hug and hold her, except when she's crying. It has been really fun for Nick and I to see him react with her also because up until now he has never really been interested in babies and it just makes me even more excited to see him with our baby girl in a few months. I hope he likes her as much as he loves his "baby ollie."

The many faces of Aiden

I was just messing around with my camera the other day and I started taking pictures of Aiden. At first he didn't want his picture taken because he had just woken up from his nap and he wasn't quite ready.Then he got mad and couldn't understand why I was still taking pictures when he had told me no.
Then he got to thinking about what was going on.......

And decided that he should be the one taking the pictures and not me. He's so funny!

our NEW house

We sold our house in Tremonton and moved to Nibley on Jan 17, 2008 and we are really loving it! It's a lot less driving for those of you who knew that we were heading over the mountain at least 2 times a week just for something to do! So here it is! My favorite parts are that it is fully landscaped! Look we even have SEVERAL trees! I can't tell you how excited I am to go out and play in the grass with Aiden, no more dirt yard! And it is roughly the same size as our old house but with an unfinished basement. Overall we love it! We really like our neighbors too actually one of our neighbors asked if it was alright if he scraped our driveway for us because he enjoys it! Score! Especially because I'm pritty sure it has snowed everyday since we moved! It also has another added feature that we were not expecting when we decided to buy this house.....

A hot tub! The seller decided to leave it here so we are trying to take advantage and it is super fun! We have to turn the heat down so that we don't boil baby girl and aiden, but it still feels awesome! Aiden askes to get in the "pool" almost everyday and the days he doesn't I'm almost certain it's only because he has forgotten that it is in the backyard! So, if anyone wants to they can come on over and hop in at anytime!

We went out to dinner and had cake and ice cream at our house for Patti's birthday. I don't know who blew out more candles Aiden or Patti. I think it was Aiden.

My Valentine

Nick and I have never really been big on Valentines Day in the past, but this year I wanted to do something kinda fun and surprise Nick with a night out on the town. So I made reservations at Hamiltons and arranged a sleep over for aiden so we could go to the late show. When I talked to Nick during the day he told me he had just got done eating at Hamiltons and he was going to a movie with another manager from work! I told him that he ruined the surprise but he said that if he was going to eat anywhere twice in one day it would be Hamiltons and going to the movies twice in one day was fun too. So maybe we should just stick to not making a big deal about it in the future. Although on Mon Nick surprised me with a brand new super awesome camera because mine broke the day I started this blog. So Nick wins on the Valentines surprises! Thanks babe you're the best! I love ya!

Aiden

This is our little man Aiden Steven Wilson! He is 2 1/2 and he is the center of our world. Aiden loves to play with friends and cousins. He is overly friendly to everyone that he meets. And the other day my Mother accused him of being a flirt. He thinks his toys are awesome and if you come to our house he will tell you and then proceed to show you just what he means. Aiden loves to read books and watch movies especially cars (which he calls Kachow!) I am lucky enough to be able to stay at home with Aiden everyday and watch him grow and learn new things. And everyday he never fails to make me laugh with the funny new things he says, asks and does. It makes me a little sad to see how fast he is growing but at the same time I can not wait to see the little person he is becoming everyday.

Here we are! I know, I know I have been a little anti-blog for us in the past but now that we have moved over to Nibley we are at least a little further away and I think we can justify it now. Yeah I'll just go with that. I'm a little nervous though that I'm too far behind eveyone elses professional blogs and I'm just a beginner so please just be patient with me for at least a little while.
